Returns
Our return policy extends for a period of 15 days from the date of product receipt. If more than 15 days have passed since you received the item, regrettably, we cannot offer refund or exchange.
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, remain in the same condition as when you received it, and be in its original packaging.
For processing your exchange, a proof of purchase or receipt is necessary.
We do not provide Return Labels. All Return Shipping will be paid by the customer.
I AM CLOTHING takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. Please ensure Return Shipping method be via a registered and/or traceable postal service as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until it has been signed for at I AM CLOTHING.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Drop us an email at iacstudios.ent@gmail.com, and we'll get back to you with the Exchange Address and Instructions within 1-3 Business Days.
Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable).
Please do not send it to the address on the parcel as it belongs to the POSTAL COMPANY and not us.
Refunds
Upon the receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will promptly send you an email to confirm the arrival of your product. You will also be informed about whether your refund has been approved or denied. Refunds will only be processed for defective or damaged items, and proof of the defect or damage is required for approval. If you are not satisfied with product size/quality, you can request a full refund that will be issued in the form of a gift card equivalent to the value of your original order.
If your request for a refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card, within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
In case you have not received your refund yet, we recommend taking the following steps:
Recheck your bank account. Contact your credit card company; there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. Reach out to your bank. Often, there is a processing period before a refund appears. If you have completed all of these actions and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at iacstudios.ent@gmail.com.
- EXCHANGE POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to proceed with an exchange, the return shipping label will be provided free of charge by our customer service. THE FREE EXCHANGE SERVICE IS AVAILABLE ONLY FOR THIS COUNTRIES: ITALY, FRANCE, BELGIUM, SPAIN, PORTUGAL, NETHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG.
If your order is to be shipped from a country not listed here, you will be responsible for obtaining the necessary label at your own expense.
We would like to inform you that it is possible to exchange a product only once per order. This means that once the exchange has been made and the new product has been received, it will no longer be possible to request any further replacements or refunds for the same item.
Exchange custom & duties note: If the return is being shipped from a country outside the European Union, please note that customs duties may need to be paid in advance to facilitate the replacement process. If customs duties are not prepaid upon delivery of the shipment to our warehouse, we will hold the order until the customs duties are settled. Once the customs duties are paid, we will proceed to ship the replacement.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Order cancellation can only take place within 6-hours after the order is placed.
Orders canceled will be refunded to the original payment method.
Order cancellation or amendments made after 6-hours after the order is placed will not be guaranteed.
Shipping
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from your total refund amount.
The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
